Notable highlights include 12-unit mixed-use developments in Newton, Boston, and Falmouth featuring underground parking, a 4-unit luxury townhouse development with single to four-bedroom units, a 2-unit luxury townhouse development involving adaptive reuse with a unit addition, and an 18-unit development with underground parking and green planted roofs, which garnered a standing ovation and approval from the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Our work includes new construction, adaptive reuse, and additions, securing successful approvals from Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board, Special Permit, and Historic authorities.
